Instructions

The submission site for full papers is now available. The full paper submission is on invitation only based on the results of the reviews of extended abstracts. To submit your paper, you have to login into your isttt23 scienceconf account and to select the option "add a paper". This option appears at the right of your abstract information.

Note that you can submit your paper in advance if you wish and it will be sent out for reviews immediately. You may then expect to have more time to prepare the revised version for the second round.

The deadline for submitting is June 15^th, 2018. This is a firm deadline due to our tight timeframe.

The full papers should be no more than 20 pages, related to the publication in ISTTT proceedings. Full papers are going to be be screened based on a 2 rounds of rigorous reviews. Please note that the co-chairs may desk-reject the full papers if it is clear than the recommendations of the reviewers based on the abstracts have not been taken into account. Our objective is that all accepted papers are considered that meet the quality of top-notch papers published in the best journals of transportation.

You can find here a Word Template and a Latex template for the full papers. The use of these templates is mandatory and papers that are not in line with these templates will be sent back to authors.

Finally, with all submissions please include as a supplementary file a pdf document with the following information (Title, Contibution of each author and participation to the conference). Please use the following Supplementary Template and save it as a pdf before uploading it with your submission.
