Lausanne downtown also offers numerous hotels if you prefer to stay downtown. It is a 15 minutes ride by public transport from downtown Lausanne. No specific arrangements have been made for hotels downtown.

Reservation Procedure for Hotels on Campus at Conference Rate

The conference name, ISTTT23, will serve as a code in order to benefit from the negotiated rates shown below. These preferential rates are offered by the hotels and are subject to change without notice.

Conference participants contact the chosen hotel for all reservations mentioning the conference code ISTTT23. A credit card number will be required all reservations.

Each participant is responsible for all his or her hospitality fees. ISTTT23 organizers decline all responsibility and relieve themselves from any related fees, such as cancellation or other fees.

In order to benefit from the conference rates, all reservations must be made before 10 June 2019. The rates are valid for the period of 22/07/2019 to 29/07/2019.

Presenters of podium papers should register to Starling Hotel to benefit from the 3-nights free hospitality from the ISTTT23 organizers. You can extend your stay to more than 3 nights at your own costs. Note that the conference offer is based on the single-room with breakfast rate and does not included any other costs.
